Authorized agents: California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before fulfilling the request.

Residents of certain other U.S. states have privacy rights under their respective state laws, including:

12. Global Privacy Control (GPC) Signal

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other U.S. states whose laws require recognition of opt-out preference signals.

When your browser transmits a GPC signal (via the Sec-GPC: 1 HTTP header or equivalent), we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information associated with your browser, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.

13. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We may use automated tools to assist with non-binding internal tasks such as candidate-to-role matching suggestions, spam/abuse filtering, and analytics. All decisions that materially affect you (such as which remote employees we shortlist) involve human review by our team.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with applicable legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
